Anthony Sanzo

President & Chief Executive Officer

A hospital executive since the late 1970's, Mr. Sanzo brings a solid understanding of the operational challenges faced by hospitals. Since 1980, he has held senior and executive positions for two major academic medical centers and was named Chief Executive Officer for one of those institutions, for over a decade. Prior to joining TeleTracking, he co-founded two healthcare consulting companies, Ethos Capital, LLC, and Transition Management Group.

In addition to his roles of President, CEO and Director of TeleTracking Technologies, Mr. Sanzo is Vice Chairman and CEO of RadarFind, a wholly-owned subsidiary of TeleTracking.  RadarFind provides real-time location systems (RTLS) to healthcare systems leveraging an innovative, unique sensory network and deterministic tag technology. 

He is also active in the Pittsburgh technology community where he serves as Chairman of Net Health Systems, Inc., a health informatics company providing disease state management tools.

Mr. Sanzo is a graduate of Allegheny College and Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.


Kirk Stephen

Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Stephen is responsible for accounting, finance, product implementation and technical support and is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining TeleTracking in 1999, Mr. Stephen spent more than 20 years in the banking industry where he held various management positions and was responsible for providing growth capital to small and medium-sized businesses. He also worked for one of the big four public accounting firms. Mr. Stephen is also a Director of Net Health Systems, Inc. 

Mr. Stephen has a BS in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an MSIA in finance and accounting from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon. He holds an active CPA license in Pennsylvania.


Donald P. DeCorte

Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer

With over fifteen years of active participation in healthcare-related Information Technology, Mr. DeCorte specializes in the design and support aspects of software development.

Most recently, Mr. DeCorte was Vice President of Application Product Design for Atlanta-based CareCentric where his focus was on homecare-related financial and clinical applications. He has extensive experience in new product planning, R & D planning & budgeting, product enhancement and third-party product integration.

Mr. DeCorte holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cornell University, Ithaca, NY.


Michael B. Nelson

President & COO, RadarFind, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of TeleTracking Technologies

Mr. Nelson will run the day to day operations of RadarFind with the goal to grow market share in the Real-Time Location System (RTLS) industry and help integrate the asset, staff and patient tracking abilities provided by RTLS technology into the automation of patient flow. RadarFind leverages an innovative, unique sensory network and deterministic tag technology to provide hospitals the ability to monitor, track and measure items, staff, patients, temperature, and utilization status, as well as other metrics.

He brings to the role a history of managing corporate growth, including broad experience in venture capital, investment banking, strategic healthcare consulting, mergers and acquisition, and management of banking operations, information technology, sales and marketing and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Nelson earned his BS and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.


Lisa Romano, RN, MSN

Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer

Ms. Romano directs TeleTracking's Avanti Division, which provides patient flow process redesign services to hospitals. She brings nearly 20 years of clinical nursing and hospital administrative experience and most recently was administrator of patient logistics at Lehigh Valley Hospital and Health Network.
Ms. Romano has published extensively on the subject of patient throughput and is a frequent speaker on the subject at professional conferences.

Ms. Romano earned an RN from East Stroudsburg University and an MSN from
De Sales University.


Steve Vebber

Vice President, NaviCare® Solutions

Mr. Vebber has over 25 years of experience in the Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) marketplace. His expertise, developed while working his entire career for industry leading IT vendors, gives him a unique perspective on the successful application of technology in the healthcare setting.

During the past 20 years, Mr. Vebber has held senior executive positions for such HIT industry companies as McDonnell Douglas Health Systems, Systems Associates Inc. (SAI), American Express Health Systems Group, First Data Corporation Health Systems Group, HBO & Co., McKesson Corporation, Misys Healthcare Systems, AtStaff Inc.

Most recently, he held the position of Vice President of Operations with Hill-Rom IT Solutions where he was responsible for the service and support functions of their portfolio of nurse communications, patient safety, patient flow, device connectivity, perinatal monitoring and wireless integration solutions.

Mr. Vebber has a BBA in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.


Richard Goldberg

Sr. Vice President, Strategy & Business Development

Mr. Goldberg joins us in the new role of Sr. Vice President, Strategy and Business Development. Mr. Goldberg will be responsible for strategic planning, business development, product management and market research that will support TeleTracking's growth over the short and long term future.

Most recently Mr. Goldberg was Executive Vice President of Confluence Medical Systems, a consulting firm that has worked with RadarFind Corporation. Previously Mr. Goldberg was Sr. Vice President of MISYS Healthcare Systems.

Mr. Goldberg has his Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and his MBA from Carnegie Mellon.


Steven Hill, RN, CNOR

Regional Vice President of Sales, West  

With over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry, Mr. Hill has held many titles including director level responsibilities in the surgical services arena for University Hospital, University of New Mexico, and St. Luke’s Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.  He began his healthcare career in the United States Army where he was certified as a Surgical Technologist and as a Flight Nurse (MEDIVAC).  Mr. Hill is a veteran of the Gulf War in 1991, where he flew MEDIVAC.  Most recently, Mr. Hill has worked on the vendor side of healthcare where he held a sales consulting position for McKesson Corporation and was a Regional Director for Omnicell, a healthcare automation company. 

Mr. Hill earned his nursing degree from the County College of Morris in Randolph, New Jersey and is certified as a CNOR. 


Raymond Powell, Jr.

Regional Vice President of Sales, East

Since 1992, Mr. Powell has held key management roles within TeleTracking and currently serves as Regional Vice President of Sales for the Eastern US and Canada.  With more than 15 years of business experience prior to joining Tele-Tracking, he has successfully served in similar senior-level capacities for other growth-oriented organizations.

Mr. Powell holds an MBA and BS in Engineering from West Virginia University.


Lisa DiMuccio-Zgela

Vice, President of Marketing

As Vice President for TeleTracking Technologies, Ms. Zgela leads the strategic direction and oversees the implementation of the marketing and communications strategies including public relations, brand and image development and management, collateral development, electronic communication and program development for TeleTracking and RadarFind.

As a senior strategic communicator with more than 25 years experience, Ms. Zgela has proven abilities to set and achieve objectives aligned with organizational goals through the development of strategies and programs, establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and team development and organizational leadership.

Ms. Zgela has a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Clarion University, completed her professional certification in Marketing and Public Relations from SHSMD/American Hospital Association, is certified in grant writing and completed a comprehensive Business Leadership program. Her professional awards include: Telly award for television and advertising campaign, and multiple PR & Marketing industry recognitions, as well as recognition as outstanding Business Woman of the Year from the Jr. Women's League.


Jason Baim

Vice President of Product Management

With more than 16 years of product management and product marketing experience, Mr. Baim, Vice President, Product Management is responsible for managing the strategic product direction for TeleTracking's suite of industry leading patient flow solutions. His experience in strategic planning, end-to-end-product lifecycle activities, acquisition and business development and strong technical knowledge helps ensure that existing solutions and new products meet the patient flow needs of today's busy hospitals.

Prior to TeleTracking, Mr. Baim held senior product management and strategic roles at EMC Corporation and Lucent Technologies, and Marketing and Business Development duties at FTP Software.  

Mr. Baim has a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Wesleyan University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.


Abhay Jaiswal

Vice President of Software Engineering

As Vice President of Software Engineering, Mr. Jaiswal leads all software development initiatives and provides strategic and tactical direction of the development of TeleTracking's software solutions.

Mr. Jaiswal brings over 15 years of experience and expertise in enterprise application integration, distributed systems and disparate platforms. In addition to his technical skills, he also brings rich experience in CMM and Agile methodologies, as well as a proven track record of optimizing and streamiling the development process. Mr. Jaiswal was most recently responsible for the overall architecture and development of TeleTracking's XT Platform as Chief Architect.

Mr. Jaiswal has held a number of leadership positions with CIBER, US Steel, Xango and Voest-Alpine (Siemens) working on various projects in the US, Europe, Mexico and India. Mr. Jaiswal holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.


Suzanne Blanda

Vice President of Quality Assurance

Ms. Blanda brings more than 20 years of experience in software quality assurance, quality control, project management, people management/recruiting, process improvement, configuration management and customer relations in both the government and private sectors.  She is responsible for setting the strategic direction of quality initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle with focus on product testing and user documentation.

Ms. Blanda holds professional certifications and designations from the American Society for Quality and International Software Testing Qualifications Board: Manager of Quality/Organization Excellence, Quality Improvement Associate and Software Tester.

Ms. Blanda attended Robert Morris University, BS in Business Administration & Management.  


Paul J. Dudeck

Vice President of Implementation

With over 18 years of experience as an Information Technologies professional, Mr. Dudeck has held diverse corporate responsibilities with small, private venture companies to a large Fortune 500 organization helping lead company's information technology strategic direction and growth, building and managing the Information Technology infrastructure and daily operations of the company. Most recently, he was Senior Consultant at Cambridge Technology Partners.

Mr. Dudeck holds a B.A. in General Sciences - Applied Computer Science from The Pennsylvania State University and has extensive experience in IT project management and strategic consulting. In March of 2002 he earned the designation of Project Management Professional (PMP) from The Project Management Institute (PMI).


Blair Freer

Vice President of Technical Support

Prior to joining TeleTracking, Mr. Freer served in multiple roles - from Travel Agent to Service Performance Analyst to Operations Manager of three call centers supporting multi-national clients, to Travel & Technology Consultant performing on-site installations and training - for American Express.

Mr. Freer has a BA from Taylor University, Upland, Indiana. He has secured professional certifications, including Cisco CCNA and Microsoft MCSE W2K, and is a CompTIA A+ Certified Technician.


Andrew J. Irlbacher, CPA

Vice President of Finance

Mr. Irlbacher has more than 20 years of experience in high growth-oriented organizations and five years of "Big Four" public accounting experience. He has served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Corporate Controller for several software-based product and services companies.

Mr. Irlbacher has a BSBA from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Irlbacher is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He obtained his CPA in 1983.


Beverly McGrath

Vice President of Human Resouces

With more than 20 years of human resources experience, Ms. McGrath, Director of Human Resources, is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment, talent acquisition and employee initiatives for the company. Prior to joining TeleTracking Technologies in 2003, she held senior leadership positions in health care, utility and manufacturing facilities.

Ms. McGrath has a BA in English from Edinboro University of PA., an MA in Industrial Relations from St. Francis University and a certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR).


Kimberly Roberts, Esq.

Vice President & General Counsel

Prior to joining TeleTracking, Ms. Roberts was associated with the Pittsburgh-based law firm Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C., where she represented corporations, healthcare industry businesses and other organizations as a lawyer in its Corporate Group and Healthcare Consulting practice.

Ms. Roberts received her BA in Rhetoric and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh and her JD from Duquesne University's School of Law. Ms. Roberts is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
