Job Description:
The Implementation Manager coordinates the successful deployment of TeleTracking’s solutions. Reporting to the Director of Implementation, the Implementation Manager is responsible for the overall coordination of internal and external resources to ensure that installations and post installation consulting visits are completed within budget, while meeting client needs and achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction. This position requires the ability to exercise sound independent discretion and judgment in developing and coordinating assigned projects.

Experience Required:

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a vendor/client relationship
  • 8+ years of technical project delivery experience
  • Ability to structure, plan and estimate projects
  • Experience in issue tracking and resolution
  • Demonstrated experience managing the full project life cycle
  • Experience with standard project management tools (i.e., MS Project)
  • Ability to establish and manage client relationships
  • Excellent facilitation skills, including the ability to lead, manage and direct cross-functional delivery team
  • Ability to resolve conflict to achieve win-win solutions Ability to work successfully in team environment
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Effective time management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to travel for implementation kickoff meetings, installation kickoff, and problem resolution (as needed)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating warm handoff from sales to ensure customer’s expectations and TeleTracking’s deliverables are consistent
  • Defining the scope of each assigned project
  • Developing project plans to achieve goals and objectives of TeleTracking and customer (e.g., Microsoft Project)
  • Communicating best practices
  • Executing project plans
  • Maintaining weekly follow-up with clients after installation until all issues are resolved
  • Participating in the development and documentation of implementation components
  • Supporting other Implementation Managers in solving technical and client relationship issues
  • Mentoring less experienced Implementation Managers
  • Supporting cross training plans (of Team Leaders) to increase flexibility of field employees
  • Building a positive and team oriented work environment
  • Participating in weekly schedule meeting
  • Participating in the hiring of Implementation Managers, installation Team Leaders, and Engineers/Specialists

Education Required:

  • BS/BA/equivalent in information systems or healthcare fields
  • Must have PMP certification through the Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management Professional certification
