Suzanne Blanda

Vice President, Quality Assurance

Ms. Blanda brings more than 20 years of experience in software quality assurance, quality control, project management, people management/recruiting, process improvement, configuration management and customer relations in both the government and private sectors.  She is responsible for setting the strategic direction of quality initiatives throughout the software development lifecycle with focus on product testing and user documentation.

Ms. Blanda holds professional certifications and designations from the American Society for Quality and International Software Testing Qualifications Board: Manager of Quality/Organization Excellence, Quality Improvement Associate and Software Tester.

Ms. Blanda attended Robert Morris University, BS in Business Administration & Management.  

 

 

 

Mariane Carna, RN, MSN

Vice President, Outpatient and Surgical Services

Carna is an innovative Clinical Service Line Executive with broad organizational experience and demonstrated skills in leading and implementing a successful Heart and Vascular Service Line in an academic setting. Ms. Carna is a proven leader with the ability to drive consistent and sustainable results in a complex statewide healthcare system by motivating and empowering the clinical and administrative team members to achieve tangible results, sustainable revenue, profitability, programmatic growth and superior quality outcomes. She has experience in development and implementation of innovative service offerings and marketing strategies that distinguish Centers of Excellence. She also has experience in bringing complex solutions to the market with a proven track record of building and leading high-performance organizations committed to service excellence and quality care.

Prior to joining TeleTracking Technologies, Ms. Carna was the Vice-President of Heart &Vascular Service Line and Adult Emergency Department at Yale-New Haven Hospital. In this role Carna was responsible for providing overall strategic and operational leadership for the Heart and Vascular Service Line, and was accountable for all facets of operations including managing patient demand and throughput, patient satisfaction, regulatory preparedness, quality improvement, physician satisfaction, employee satisfaction, business development and integration.

In her role as the Vice President of Outpatient and Surgical Services, Carna will provide strategic product direction and lead an effort to roll out services for the outpatient and surgical market. She will also be responsible for developing a consultative sales approach and training/certifying the sales team for OrchestrateTM.

Ms. Carna received her Master of Science in Nursing from Phoenix University and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana.

 

 

Blair Freer

Vice President, IT&S

Prior to joining TeleTracking, Mr. Freer served in multiple roles - from Travel Agent to Service Performance Analyst to Operations Manager of three call centers supporting multi-national clients, to Travel & Technology Consultant performing on-site installations and training - for American Express.

Mr. Freer has a BA from Taylor University, Upland, Indiana. He has secured professional certifications, including Cisco CCNA and Microsoft MCSE W2K, and is a CompTIA A+ Certified Technician.

 

 

Jason Harber

Vice President, Product Management

As Vice President, Product Management, Mr. Harber is responsible for managing the direction for TeleTracking’s suite of industry-leading solutions. Mr. Harber has over 10 years of experience in healthcare technology, data and analytics and product management. Prior to leading product management, Mr. Harber was responsible for TeleTracking’s Business Analytics division leading both product and service initiatives for the company. In previous roles within the organization, Mr. Harber was responsible for various product initiatives including the launch of both the Custom Reporting Solution™ and Patient Flow Dashboard™ that led to the creation of the Business Analytics division. In addition, Mr. Harber was also responsible for taking TeleTracking’s market leading TransferCenter™ solution to market.

Mr. Harber earned a B.S. in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
 

 

Abhay Jaiswal

Vice President, Software Engineering

As Vice President of Software Engineering, Mr. Jaiswal leads all software development initiatives and provides strategic and tactical direction of the development of TeleTracking's software solutions.

Mr. Jaiswal brings over 15 years of experience and expertise in enterprise application integration, distributed systems and disparate platforms. In addition to his technical skills, he also brings rich experience in CMM and Agile methodologies, as well as a proven track record of optimizing and streamling the development process. Mr. Jaiswal was most recently responsible for the overall architecture and development of TeleTracking's XT Platform as Chief Architect.

Mr. Jaiswal has held a number of leadership positions with CIBER, US Steel, Xango and Voest-Alpine (Siemens) working on various projects in the US, Europe, Mexico and India. Mr. Jaiswal holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.

 

 

 

Michelle E. McCleerey, PhD, MA, MEd, MBA, RN

Clinical Innovation Executive

Dr. McCleerey is an experienced clinician/Human Factors scientist who utilizes deep understanding of clinical needs, workflows, systems theory and usability principles to identify, prioritize, and facilitate the development of innovative, user-centered designs and solutions. She is a skilled researcher with experience in conducting and utilizing data from a wide variety of experimental, quasi-experimental, case study and usability test designs to measure solution effectiveness and promote evidenced-based, improved care practices. Ms. McCleerey is a respected internal clinical/healthcare industry subject matter expert providing assistance, information and direction across departments, divisions, products, and business units. She is an established external thought leader in healthcare safety, reimbursement, and the integration of innovative technology into care delivery, and has presented at leading conferences, participated in national committees, and collaborated on numerous publications.

McCleerey has a stellar and a very diverse professional background ranging from being an adjunct professor at a university to being a senior executive at a large corporation. Her experience includes research, brand management, human factors analysis, direct patient care as a nurse, managing professional services, and various other senior management roles. In her most recent role at Hill-Rom Corporation, Dr. McCleerey was the Director of Early Innovation. In this role, she was responsible for identifying, researching and developing innovative concepts to determine product potential; developing and managing Living Lab Research Program; developing and managing the Community Grant Fund Program to support external innovation research efforts; and fostering relationships with key opinion leaders/providers aligned with innovation research projects.

At TeleTracking, McCleerey will be responsible for driving the innovative concepts that are to be integrated into the company’s portfolio of solutions and linking the concepts of human-centered design principles to enhance user experience to improve feature compliance and drive outcomes, minimize complexity associated with product implementation, and improve product intuitiveness to reduce the learning curve. Michelle will work closely with Product Management and Development Teams to develop and execute the product roadmap, and achieve aforementioned goals. She will also work with the TeleUniversity Team to not only optimize the customer learning process, but to facilitate organization wide learning internally and promote knowledge management and sharing.

Dr. McCleerey completed her MBA at Indiana Wesleyan University, PhD and MA at University of South Dakota, Master of Education at South Dakota State University, and BA (Nursing) at Augustana College, Sioux Falls, SD.
 

 

Tammy Moore

Vice President, Client Management

Tammy Moore has over 20 years of experience in multiple facets of client service and partnership building, resulting in mutually beneficial long-term, relationships.

She came to TeleTracking from Vital Data Technology, where she was vice president of client operations, which creates end-to-end connectivity solutions for payer and provider information systems. She successfully facilitated meaningful data sharing relationships with diverse stakeholders with the desire and commitment to improve the delivery of care and save costs simultaneously.

Previously, she developed organizational, strategic and tactical operations plans for account management as a vice president of client services with both Awarepoint Corporation, a supplier in real-time location systems (RTLS), and Skylight Healthcare Systems, which provides communication solutions for hospital patients.

She believes in client service which puts clients at the center of the organization and leads to sustainable, long-term value for the client. She’s passionate about delivering ROI, producing successful outcomes, documenting best practices and creating exceptional client experiences. She has diverse leadership experience in dynamic and complex work environments and consistently implements effective use cases with measurable, successful outcomes.

Moore has had proven success with developing relationships that have delivered client satisfaction and positioned her as a trusted client advisor. She sees an important part of her role as capturing client feedback to develop opportunities for her own organization to deliver the very best products and solutions possible.

Her experience includes managing all aspects of client relationships, including remote-based account management; call center management, technical support, implementation, training and billing. Other job experience includes Motorola, the Upper Deck Company, Road Runner Sports, and NetObjects.

Moore holds a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration with an emphasis in strategic planning, and has a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification.

 
 

Jon Poshywak

Vice President and General Manager, RTLS

Mr. Poshywak leads the sales and operations effort for TeleTracking’s RTLS Business. He joined TeleTracking from Sundance Enterprises, Inc., a company that develops and manufactures a proprietary fluidized positioning technology that is used in acute and post-acute care settings from the NICU through the various ICUs and medical-surgical areas. As the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy, he successfully negotiated and signed agreements with CHCA (Child Health Corporation of America) and Premier. In his role as General Manager, Poshywak will be responsible for RTLS Implementation as well as acting Managing Director, Asset Management Consulting Services.

Prior to Sundance Enterprises, Mr. Poshywak spent 15 years in different hospital asset management businesses with Hill-Rom and MEDIQ, where he held various leadership roles, spending his last 5 years as a General Manager for an asset services business. His teams successfully implemented more than 45 hospital imbedded asset management programs that focused on process improvement driven by asset utilization. His sales, marketing, technology, and service teams were comprised of over 275 people and business grew 10-15% annually with a 97% client retention rate. Along with an accomplished direct channel, he established relationships with Aramark and GE to help the business consistently meet company goals and objectives.

Before Mr. Poshywak began his career in healthcare, he spent five years in the Army as an analyst and competitive distance runner and then finished his college education at Rowan University studying English.

 

 

David Sharbaugh

Managing Director, Business Analytics Services

Mr. Sharbaugh started his career in public accounting and obtained his CPA license. He has spent the majority of his career in healthcare quality improvement, innovation and analytics. He helped a large academic medical center establish an enterprise-wide business intelligence function focused on providing executive leadership with tools to help understand profitability, volume, throughput, operations, quality and safety. He also spent 3 years with the Pittsburgh Regional Healthcare Initiative where he had extensive training in the application of the Toyota Production System principles applied to healthcare operations. His most recent work was at UPMC where he was the founder and leader for the SmartRoom initiative.

As Managing Director for Business Analytics Services, Sharbaugh is responsible for leading the strategy, team management and consulting activities for TeleTracking Technologies’ Business Analytics service delivery. He is focused on ongoing business development and growth of the Business Analytics services division. David will directly supervise the Business Analytics Team which includes Business Intelligence Analysts, Program Manager and Data Analysts.

Mr. Sharbaugh graduated from University of Pittsburgh.
