Rebecca Ranson is a seasoned healthcare consultant with more than 25 years of clinical experience in both acute care and tertiary settings. As a registered nurse, her clinical experience includes working in the trauma, cardiac and surgical critical care units before shifting to an operational role as a patient flow coordinator. Rebecca also spent five years as an admissions coordinator for a large group of national inpatient rehabilitation facilities.
Rebecca has been a part of the TeleTracking team for more than 10 years as a Clinical Operations Consultant specializing in current state operational assessments, designing clinical workflows and aligning TeleTracking's technology and best practices with future state process for optimal client outcomes. Her commitment extends to helping health systems across the United States create collaborative teams of patient flow specialists, break down silos and arm them with TeleTracking’s 30 years of best practice processes. This type of transparency across an entire enterprise means that an emergent patient can be accepted and placed in a matter of seconds—vastly improving outcomes, as well as giving caregivers more time at the bedside. She is also part of the team working on projects that are allowing visibility across an Enterprise regarding COVID-19 protocols—rapidly deploying health system command center processes and dashboards to enable the effective management of patients and supplies during this crisis.
Rebecca has a BS in Nursing from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
