Headquartered in Pittsburgh, with offices in Raleigh, Nashville and London, in addition to employees who travel the globe to ensure that no one waits for the care they need. And, once a year, these colleagues come together for three days of connecting, collaborating and celebrating at what we call TeleExperience [TXP].
President Chris Johnson set the tone for the week with these inspiring words,
“We harness the power of human energy and turn it into time—the most valuable resource on the planet. We are relentlessly pursuing solutions for healing a broken healthcare system with our valued, client partners—requiring skill, passion and focus on better never stops. These are the people of TeleTracking, and with them, I am confident that we will achieve the goal of no patient waiting for the care they need.”
Chief Executive Officer, Michael Zamagias added,
“Everyone here should be inspired by this work and by the brilliance of the people doing it. As an organization, we believe in helping and healing. That’s why we’re committed to giving time back to caregivers, so they can provide a better experience for patients. That’s also why we pay 100% of the cost of benefits for our employees and have a robust 401(k) program to help them plan for a secure retirement. And why we’re honored to be the founding sponsor of Mission of Mercy Pittsburgh, a two-day free dental clinic. Let’s leave here with the goal to put even more good out into the world.”
The accomplishments of employees who are “putting good out into the world” were recognized and congratulated by their peers—including awards for Productivity & Perseverance, Silo Buster, Innovator, Transformational, Customer Focus, Clinician of the Year and Compassion. Employees who were celebrating their service anniversaries were also honored.
With wellness being an important component of the benefit plan, one of the highlights of the year is the annual wellness fair. Employees had the opportunity to visit with vendors and learn about everything from how to sign up for a local farm share, make the most of their benefit plan—even chair massages, reflexology sessions and biometric screenings. Everyone also had the chance to interact with three adorable “volunteers”— therapy dogs from Animal Friends!
The week also provided a wide range of training opportunities. And there was plenty of time for teams to come together, share ideas and make plans for the coming year on how to deliver the best possible service to our clients.
TXP concluded with the “Healthcare Heroes Ball”—where all came together for a fun and festive evening of dinner, dancing and the presentation of the Employee of the Year award.
