On Monday, November 18, we launched Knowledge Bridge, a new TeleTracking client community that enables you to research technical product information, take online learning courses, and engage in discussions with other TeleTracking clients. One of the most frequent client requests we hear is not about new features or products, but How can I talk to other clients? You've been wanting to know how other clients succeed with TeleTracking and share your own stories, and Knowledge Bridge discussion groups provide a medium for you to exchange ideas, best practices and more with other TeleTracking clients.
In addition to Discussion Groups, Knowledge Bridge offers a variety of self-service pages and documents that will help facilitate your system's efficient use of TeleTracking. Here's a quick look at what you can find.
The Product Support menu includes TeleTracking's current and legacy solutions, with technical documentation, mobile apps and information on our Real-Time Location Systems. You can also find info on Command Centers, Disaster Readiness and our new Care Traffic Control program.
Under Performance Optimization, you'll find Get Started with TeleTracking, a collection of resources to set you on the right path to success. Resources include integration information, starting baseline metrics and recommendations on assembling your team.
We've scheduled the launch of Knowledge Bridge to coincide with our new catalog of eLearning courses: in-depth, interactive, online courses that enable your staff to learn about their role in patient flow and how to use TeleTracking any time of day, on any device.
Our support ticket system remains the same, and for urgent requests, you can also call tech support. Upgrade assistance is a great place to learn what you need to consider when you're upgrading your TeleTracking solutions.
