Bill Griffith MBA, CSSBB, CQA | VP, Performance Improvement

Bill Griffith joined TeleTracking as the Vice President of Process Improvement.  Originally from Moline, Illinois, he has a BA in Finance and Economics, with a Masters in Business Administration.

Mr. Griffith started his career in Manufacturing, working for Pella Windows, Tyson Foods, and Rain Bird irrigation.  He was trained in Lean and Six Sigma early in his career and is a Certified Black Belt.

Switching careers due to a personal challenge in healthcare, Mr. Griffith started working to transform healthcare at Ascension in Tucson.  He has also worked with Health First in Melbourne Florida and Jackson Health System in Miami, applying the tools of Lean Six Sigma to eliminate millions of dollars of waste from healthcare systems while improving the customer experience.
